KOMUNALNI SERVIS LLC manages all gated and ungated paid parking lots.
The largest city parking lot is an gated parking lot Valdibora, consisting of Velika and Mala Valdibora. Other gated parking lots include the parking lots "Boksiti, Concetta and Nova Hladnjača."
Besides the gated parking lots Valdibora, Boksiti, Concetta, and Nova Hladnjača, the company operates outdoor parking lots divided into four zones: Zone 1, 2, 3, and 4.
Outdoor parking lots are also divided into permanent and seasonal ones.
Permanent, that is, year-round paid parking lots include parking lots in the "Carducci, Istarska, Trg na Lokvi, O.V. Nazora, O.A. Negri, Fontana, M.Benussi, Fontera, Macanov prolaz (HEP), Braće Brajković street (Ampelea) and G. Paliaga" streets.
Seasonal paid parking lots include parking lots in the streets Obala Nona, Vijenac braće Lorenzetto, D. Pergolis (Gimnazija), Šetalište za Škarabu (Monvi).
